Since 1967 when the first Spur opened in Cape Town, Spur Steak Ranches has been part of the South African family. Over the years, Spur has grown into an internationally recognised brand with 307 local and over 30 international restaurants in countries like The Middle East, Australia, Mauritius, and various parts of Africa.
The menu offers something for everyone-from legendary steaks, ribs and burgers, to our famous Cheddamelt schnitzels, fresh salads, delicious desserts, and even a range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Spur’s weekday specials offer fantastic value-for-money deals, such as the Unreal Breakfast and Cheeseburger Mondays.

Panarottis is a fun, yet contemporary, South African family brand that loves bringing guests together over delicious Italian-inspired pizza and pasta in warm, homely, and welcoming restaurants.
Since opening their first restaurant in 1990, the brand now boasts a footprint that stretches across South Africa and throughout Africa. The brand’s famous pizzas are still prepared in the same century-old tradition, using the finest Italian 00 Stagioni pizza flour, and hand-pressed which gives the pizza base a lighter, crunchier taste.

John Dory’s specialises in great quality sustainable seafood and sushi enjoyed in a fun and family-friendly environment. We are proud to have a national footprint along with restaurants in Namibia and Zambia too.
In November 2004, the Spur Corporation acquired a 60% shareholding in John Dory’s Fish, Grill & Sushi – a KwaZulu-Natal-based franchise comprising seven outlets. Founded eight years earlier as a predominantly seafood restaurant, John Dory’s has a distinctly Mediterranean culture and charisma. A further 5% interest was purchased in October 2006, and the remaining 35% was acquired on 25 January 2012, with the group now owning 100% of the business.
In collaboration with Spur Corporation, John Dory’s is making a concerted effort to ensure our Environmental Sustainability Policy is a living reality in their restaurants. As part of our Eco Voyage sustainability programme, John Dory’s is proud to be associated with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI). This ensures we bring our customers the freshest finds, in the most ethical way.

Founded in July 2013, RocoMamas has fast become one of the trendiest restaurants in South Africa, garnering a loyal following of burger enthusiasts. Our brand positioning of “Not Normal” is evident in funky décor, rock ‘n roll vibe, unique menu items and an open-style kitchen.
Customers can sit down and soak up the laid-back vibe with a burger and craft beer or choose to order a takeout. RocoMamas has a menu that goes far beyond your typical burger joint; it’s all about customisation.
Famous for our artisanal style “Smashburgers”, RocoMamas also serves chicken wings and ribs as their core offering. The Smashburger concept refers to the process of smashing a ball of ground beef on a hot grill to seal in the juices, rather than squeezing them out. This results in a medium to well-done burger that is very juicy.
The RocoMamas concept was launched by Brian Altriche, who has grown RocoMamas to more than 85 restaurants throughout the country and 26 international restaurants, located in Australia, Botswana, DRC, eSwatini, Ghana, India, Namibia, Kenya, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Spur Corporation acquired the majority stake in RocoMamas in March 2015.
