This means that after two years and almost three months, we can finally remove masks!
Based on the updated Government Gazette, we have issued the following guidance to our staff and franchisees.
Offices

Sanitiser stations will remain at the entrance for our guests and staff to use if they would like to.

Guests and staff are no longer required to wear face masks, unless they choose to.

Staff should still wear a mask if they have any flu-like symptoms. It is also recommended that those with comorbidities continue to wear their masks.

The partitioning screens can remain in place at the reception desks.

Continue to practice good hand hygiene.

COVID banners and protocol posters can be removed.
Restaurants

Automated sanitiser stations will remain at the entrance for our guests to use if they would like to.

Customers and staff are no longer required to wear face masks, unless they choose to. Staff should still wear a mask if they have any flu-like
symptoms. It is also recommended that those with comorbidities continue to wear their masks.

The partitioning screens can remain in place. Screens at the cash desks can be removed.

Individual sanitisers on tables are no longer required. However, to maintain our high standards of hygiene, staff should still clean and sanitise throughout the shift. The hand washing alert every 30 minutes should also remain in place.

It is recommended that a wall-mounted sanitiser station be provided in the passage entrance to the toilet.

Continue to practice responsible product handling, section disciplines and personal hygiene.
